This page provides information on your HOA fees (including payment methods and how to get auto-debit forms) for both of your HOAs:

1. Autumn Walk HOA Fees

a. For CY2014, Autumn Walk HOA fees are $75/month.

b. Payments are collected by:

Please include your account number on your check (if not using a pre-printed coupon). The Gaithersburg address shown on our site is the management office, but they do not receive our HOA payments. Those go directly to Phoenix.

c. Auto-Debit is available. You should have received a form in your packet at settlement, but if you can't find it, contact CAS and they will send you a new one.

2. Emerson Master HOA Fees

a. For FY2013, Emerson Master HOA fees are $0.28 per $100 of assessed value. 

• To check the assessed value of your home, Howard County's Public SDAT records can be accessed at http://sdat.dat.maryland.gov/RealProperty/Pages/default.aspx

b. Payments are collected by:

Community Management Corporation (CMC)

Send checks with your payment coupon to:

• Assessments are due on the first of each month from July 1, 2012 - June 1, 2013. If you prefer, you can pay the full annual assessment by the due date of July 1, 2012. 
• For questions about your account, please call 703-631-7200. 

 c. Auto-Debit is available. You can obtain a form from Valerie Robinette of CMC in the Emerson Clubhouse, 301-317-4044, vrobinette(at)cmc-management.com.

• If the direct debit form is returned by the 10th of the month, the direct debit will be in place for the following month's assessment due date.
