Instead, there will be an alternate parade on December 12th of decorated tractors and farm equipment to continue the original goal of raising funds for local food banks.

The parade is free to spectators, and entry fees from the riders benefit Howard and Carroll County Food Banks and the Lisbon Volunteer Fire Department (40/40/20 split).
Tips from the organizers:
- Registration for entries began on October 1, 2015
- Local roads in Lisbon will close by 10:30 AM, so arrive early
- Bring a chair
- Please do not go into the street to pet the ponies or horses - this can be dangerous
- The parade will last about 90 minutes
- During the parade, there will be porta-potties, food & drink from Town Grill, music, and pony rides
- After the parade, there will be pony rides and a Country Ham & Fried Chicken Dinner in the Fire Hall (proceeds to benefit the Food Banks and LVFD)
- You can bring dry or canned goods to donate
