2017 (Almost) Halloween Chili Cook-Off & Pumpkin Carving

This year's Chili Cook-Off and Pumpkin Carving will be a few days early because of scheduling conflicts on Halloween itself:

Dates:

• Friday Oct. 27: Pumpkin Carving (in the grassy common area behind 9832/9834)
• Saturday Oct. 28: (Almost) Halloween Chili Cook-Off & Block Party

Everyone is welcome to attend (whether you enter a chili or not)!

Allie needs RSVPs for anyone entering the Chili Cook-Off so she knows how many meat and vegetarian chilis to expect!

Schedule of Events:

Friday 10/27 @ 5pm: 

• Pumpkin Carving Contest
• Bring your pumpkin to the common area behind the 9830-9838 Townhouse Row 
• Pumpkins will be judged on Saturday Evening along with the chili

Saturday 10/28:

• 5:30pm: Bring your chili entries to 9832
• 6pm - 7:30pm: Chili and Pumpkin Judging Begins
  • Enjoy food (hot dogs, chips), fun, and fellowship
  • Vote on your favorite chili (meat and vegetarian categories) and pumpkin
• c. 8pm: Prizes awarded for:
  • Best Pumpkin
  • Best Meat Chili
  • Best Vegetarian Chili
